AN AMS OVERVIEW
Australasian Music Supplies Pty Ltd (AMS) operates out of a 123,000 square foot (11,427 square metre) office and warehouse complex situated in the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Australia. This facility is by far the largest of any music products distributor in Australia.
In May 1978, AMS’ President Mr Kevin Hague (at age 26 years) established Australasian Music Supplies (AMS – as it is known throughout the industry) and from those humble beginnings the company has grown to be Australia’s largest volume wholesaler.
AMS distributes over 10,000 product lines of what is considered by many to be the best range of quality and value musical brands on the market. This is supported by the best customer service, the best stock holding levels and best team in the industry.
Additionally two full time Graphic/Design personnel are employed to produce all Advertising, Consumer Catalogues and AMS Catalogues and creating and/or maintaining various AMS Websites.
As mentioned earlier, AMS distributes over 10,000 product lines and produces an 872 page (2010-2011 Version) Catalogue/Pricelist which is considered the “Bible” of the Australian industry due to the in-depth product descriptions and colour pictures. The AMS product catalogue is completely updated and reproduced annually.
